Position: Junior QS. Location: Offaly. Salary: €30k - €35k. Super opportunity for a Junior QS to join a very busy main building products firm operating Nationwide currently experiencing significant growth. This position will suit a QS graduate or someone with 2/3 years experience. Ideal candidate to have the following attributes but not limited to: Degree in Quantity Surveying preferable. 2/3 years experience. Knowledge of main contracting process. Excellent attention to detail. Good presentation skills. Strong written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings. Reporting and assisting Senior QS's. Procurement. Preparing tender docs. Analysing tender returns. Sub-Contractor Accounts. Sub-Contractor Payments. Supplier enquiries. ISO management. Career focused and eager to progress.
