What you need to know. Matrix Recruitment is working closely with their Client a Medical Device company in Co. Offaly in the recruitment of a Quality Technician. This is a permanent position and you will report to the Site Quality Manager. Salary €28K. Your new job. Support during audits, including co-hosting audits and requesting/gathering requested records · Complete/Approve non-conformance reports. Completion of CAPAs and Complaints responses. Assist with document contract and vendor management. General administration duties e.g compiling minutes, issuing of project numbers, completing customer questionnaires etc. Follow up with all departments on actions relating to CAPAs/Complaints/Internal Audits/Validation plans etc. What are we looking for? A 3rd level qualification in science, quality or related discipline. 1-2 years experience ideally in the medical device industry. Demonstrate a high level of technical ability and attention to detail. Good problem solving skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
