Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HIRE & STOCK COORDINATOR for our Client in CO. LAOIS. This opportunity is offered as a Permanent job. The Hire & Stock Coordinator will ensure stock is organised appropriately and stock records are accurately recorded and up-to-date. Working with internal & external customers. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Sourcing of stock to meet customers’ demands. Reconciling Plants lists. Maintaining Spreadsheets. Liaising with third party suppliers. Negotiating ‘best price’ from suppliers. Ensuring mark-up and margins are achieved. Working closely with in-house teams to ensure deadlines are met. Balancing supplier reports against internal systems. Providing accurate client information and P.O.s to accounts department. Communicate effectively and accurately with colleagues and external stakeholders in relation to stock status and availability. What we are looking for: Excellent MS Excel skills - essential. Good all round IT skills. Graduate of Business or Supply Chain preferred. Excellent Administrative skills – having previously worked a similar role.
